  • Pull back your head into a straight line with your spine
  • Try to expand your chest as much as possible
  • Try to keep your spine as straight as possible
  • Try to take a deep breath while doing this exercise

How to perform Seated Gomukhasana correctly:

Step 1:

Raise your arm above your head and bend it at the elbow

Step 2:

Bring the other hand behind your back and interlock both hands and try to close the gap between both hands

Tip: Pull back your head into a straight line with your spine and try to expand your chest as much as possible

Step 3:

Release your arms after 10 seconds and repeat on the other side

Tip: Try to take a deep breath while doing this exercise
