How to improve posture with the help of a planks workout:
1. Start on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips.

2. Engage your abs and glutes, and slowly lift your torso and legs so that you are balancing on your toes and forearms.
3. Hold for 20-60 seconds, then release and return to starting position.
4. Repeat 3-5 times.
Tip:
Keep your neck in line with your spine, and don’t let your hips sag or lift too high.
